Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Program 2026–2027

Soledad Unified School District is accepting applications for the Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Program starting February 23.

Who can apply

•  kindergarteners through 6th-grade students

• Students can apply no matter what language is spoken at home

• Kindergarten age: 9/01/2020 to 9/01/2021

Program model

Students learn in two languages

• 50% English

• 50% Spanish

Benefits

CAASPP Scores

• ELA: DLI students are 5% higher in meeting or exceeding standards

• Math: DLI students are about 5% higher in meeting or exceeding standards
